About the Role

Identity & Access Management poses a significant challenge for many organizations. Our IAM capabilities are rapidly evolving, presenting an excellent opportunity for you to join us and become a crucial part of our growth journey in IAM. Hence, we are seeking Identity & Access Management consultants with expertise in advisory and/or implementations.

 

As an IAM consultant at the Organization, you'll engage in stimulating projects across various sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and advising clients on IGA and CIAM solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting IGA, PAM, and CIAM solutions, as well as overseeing their implementation in the client's environment.

The organization stands as a leading independent IT service provider in the Benelux region. Within our 'Cybersecurity & Compliance' business unit, we assist clients in safeguarding their digital operations through cybersecurity, compliance, and addressing financial economic crime. IAM stands out as one of the growth areas within our business unit, focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). We offer advisory services and implement IGA and CIAM solutions for our clients.

 

This is you:

You possess a fervent interest in information security and technology, backed by a minimum of two years' experience in Identity & Access Management. Proactive, inquisitive, and dedicated to staying abreast of industry developments, you're driven to devise innovative solutions to protect companies. You excel in maintaining reliable Identity & Access Management processes and implementing new solutions, while also enjoying sharing your knowledge with equally committed colleagues. Active involvement in security communities is encouraged and supported.

Additionally, we're looking for candidates with:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in IAM business analysis or consulting, with practical exposure to leading IGA, PAM, and/or CIAM solutions.

• Experience with One Identity.

• A strong interest in information technology and its applications.

• Insight into the business challenges surrounding IAM.
